Default Spark plug part#?

Does anyone have the part# for the motocraft and or autolite spark plugs. It's for my '06 5.4...

I got a quote of $200, not exceeding $250 for a plug change. Going in on monday to get it done.

Its at a local shop, Dougs Auto. I know the guys well and they are Ford guys. I asked lots of questions about it. I even asked if all 8 broke, still no more than $250. I have had a fare amount of work in the past done by them and i trust them completely.
