2005 FX4 Screw 5.4, I have the fancy spark plugs that are platinum. My question is that can I use different plugs or do I have to use these. They are they ones that are prone to breaking off. If this has been asked before I apologize for not searching thru all the posts to find it.

 

what manufacture? what model number? For Motorcraft, they should be sp515....
