2006 FX4 5.4 52,000 miles. I had a miss mostly at hiway speed so I had the plugs changed, TB cleaned and I did the gotts mod. Now the truck runs great. Except when going up hill. Now I have spark knock, but only when going up hill. Did a power brake and no knock, only when going up hill. Could the new plugs cause this?
