sp 515 the plug i need?

I'm at 60k also. I have a lisle tool, and really am not that scared about the plug change.

Powerranger, I *thought* Ford might have changed the heads in 07 or 08? I could be completely wrong but I thought they changed where the plug sat and sticks. My understanding is that 07+, you shouldn't run into the issue at all. I'm sure someone can correct me if I'm wrong on that (or maybe early 07's were affected). If that's true, that'll be a nice and easy relief. My 05 I got lucky but the rear plugs were a PITA to get at! I definitely didn't want them breaking.

I remember skimming over that build date info, I'll take a look at my tag today. Maybe i will get lucky.

My understanding of the plugs is as follows....
SP515 old breakable plugs. Using them will not effect how the engine runs. It is when you go to take them out
SP546 are for the 5.4 3v V8. The newest plugs for that engine
SP547 are for the 4.6l V8 and the newest one for that engine
