I know there have been a couple of threads about this but I havnt found the solution to my problem. Every time I'm coming to a stop sign or red light I hear a (single) pop come from the driver side front end, with my window down. I already need to grease my slip yoke but this is in the front. It's kind of a hollow metal sound and I put a 6" RCX on 4 months ago. Any help would be appreciated ?

 

Just guessing, but I sounds like you might have a little slop in your lift. It probably just settled some after the install, so it would be a good idea to go back and check that your bolts are all torqued down properly.
