Have heard/noticed some noise that comes from front end passgr side..while steering right and backing up. It doesn't come while steering and moving forward. Wonder if its the Control arms or Ball joint..??? Thanks folks

 

could be what you mentioned as well as, third member bushings , and a few other things . I would start by getting under the truck and just see if any thing is loose or if you see any cracked or worn bushings
