i cant figure this out. i bought my truck more or less 2 months ago with a bad lifter noise, almost a grand later i got it fixed, and i have been driving it just fine since then. i ran across an edge evolution on cragslist on friday night and picked it up saturday afternoon and put it on. i noticed a pretty good difference but nothing major. monday i figured out why it didnt run as good as i was expecting, with out thinking about it i was running on extreme with 87octane fuel so i switched back to tow and it started running better but its still slower on tow than with it stock.

give me some ideas on what to check for before i lose it and go sell my truck and go back to a diesel lol. btw im a very mechanical person BUT efi vehicles are not my thing at all but give me a carb'd car or truck and i will tune the hell out of it lol
