Default Slow passenger window

My passenger window has always been slow, but i just noticed yesterday that it slows down even more when i hold the drivers window button in sync with the passenger button. If I am just holding the passenger button the window is still slow...but not deathly slow. What could be causing this?

Get some clear silicone spray lube, roll the windows all the way down and saturate both felt channels from the top to as far down as you can, run the window up and down a few times.

I'll have to try that...seems like its sticking, must be some long lost pieces of dirt stuck in there...

This. I have to do this on my little 93 mazda car. Makes a huge difference. It won't last forever but it does last a good month or longer

Looks like there are quite a few power window problems:

Ford window regulators suck period. Try the silicone for sure. It's funny, my 85 rx7 still has the original regulators and they work fine. My f-150, I've had to replace all once and the fronts twice.

I just had to replace my regulator a few days ago because the cable inside came out of the plastic piece that holds it and it rolled up into the regulator pulley tearing it up. It was about $80 for the part and only about an hour of time to change. If I were you I would take the door panel off and see if it is rubbing on anything and while you are in there use that silicon and lube the rails that guide the window up and down. Its not hard to take the door panel off either you could have it all apart and back together in 30 mins if you just lube the rails instead of taking the regulator out.

If it only happens when you try and roll up both at the same time then it might be your regulator going out.

I might have just got lucky but mine was doing the same thing and when I put my new mirrors on while I had the door panel off I took a look at it and the window had shifted a little toward the front just enough where it was rubbing the felt and slowing it down. I just loosened the clamps that hold the glass and straightened it and it works like new
