Sure sounds like a misfire as suggested, it shows up under load, that's why it goes away when you turn off overdrive and the engine can rev higher with less load...
if you had a OBD2 device that can monitor live data for misfires it should be pretty easy to see which cylinder is acting up.

The shudder goes away when I turn over drive off. I don't have it in low speeds. My plan of action rn is to drive it till I need to fill up again and see if it was I just got a bad batch of gas. Plan on either running a non ethanol batch or doing a higher octane.
I also looked over the engine and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.

maybe i missed something in thread, how did you identify cyl 8 and 2?

Update/ Conclusion as of right now. Found that cylinder 8 had a misfire. Ended up replacing the plug and coil pack. Went and drove it still had a shutter found out that cylinder 6 also had a misfire. Replaced 6 as well. Runs fine now. Most likely will end up replacing all/ rest of them when I go home.

Thanks everyone for the advise and help.
