Default Shuddering at Idle. Help!

I have an 06 FX4 supercrew. Mechanic just rebuilt tranny, changed plugs, cleaned maf, and it still shudders at idle. He suggested having the computer reset at the dealership. Anyone have any ideas?? Already spent $2000 on repairs.

Try disconnecting your battery for a half hour, this will cause the computer to relearn.

What RPM does it idle at? I thought there was a re-flash to fix low idle? Maybe I'm wrong.

If the COP is misfiring, wouldnt there be a check engine light? I'm curious because my pops 04 has what feels like a misfire at highway speeds under load and he thinks its tranny but I think it just needs plugs and COP changed. Thing is, his doesnt have a CEL either. No codes stored in the system either.

Mechanic checked cops and said they were good. Any other ideas? Someone suggested that the torque converter wasn't releasing properly but it shudders even in neutral.

Tried this and truck runs the same although the hesitation when I first accellerate is better. Think I will drive it into the lake and buy a bicycle!!
