Should I get a Edge
Bought my truck already modded, the mph has been fixed to be accurate but I don't know if it has been chipped or tuned. Would an edge help me if the truck has already been tuned?

Forget the Edge. It's designed for stock trucks.
You should get a Gryphon or SCT with custom tunes to prevent lean conditions (i.e., burning up pistons and valves).
04-05 and some 06s 5.4L, 3V came lean from the factory. Adding the A/M intake only made it worse. And yes, you can have the condition and may not have a CEL.
Your other option is to put the stock intake back on.
