Default Shop truck is sick

2007 acts like air mass meter is not doing it's job.very poor throttle response. No cel. No codes. Scanner says fuel pressure is ok. So I started checking the wiring for the amm. Volt meter says 5.2 going in. Is this correct? Specs I find says it should be 12. If 12 volts is the number where is the loss occurring. Thanks in advance.

What we generally refer to as the MAF - mass air flow sensor.

I was under the impression it should measure around 0.01 V at KOEO and around 1V at idle.
