Bilistien 5100 shocks are a great option for you. They are rather inexpensive and can provide 2" of lift to level your truck as well as give you a better ride. I am about to add them to my 6" lift. Good luck and I'll be happy to help
well what i had in mind was a leveling kit (autospring brand) and new shocks all the way around. so you say i can just replace the shocks up front and not the whole strut assembly? that would be fine and then i just need to decide wether to put autospring's 2.5" front spacer or the 3" that they offer. i don't want to over extend any parts up there but i want it to look right and i have no problem putting their 5/8" block in the back i just want the thing to be level after all said and done. any suggestions are greatly appreciated as i am new to the suspension side of these trucks. thanks...

If you get just one pair of Bilistien 5100 shocks they can be adjusted to a 2" setting. This will level your truck and just you a upgrade in shocks. That is all you will need to replace. It is a very underutilized suspension technique although they are fairly new to the community. I am about to get a pair and add them to my 6 inch lift to go 8" because I just threw in my 37's.
