My truck was stuck in park and would not turn over. I did bypass the shift interlock (non consule) and get the truck moving HOWEVER I do not have any dash lights except my two signal lights that are just a solid light now. I also have no heat now. I don't know how the 2 could be connected but seemingly I am loosing power somewhere. 2006 Ford f-150 XLT 4.6 L 4x4

 

Remove the passenger side kick panel plastic trim and move the ground terminal there up to a non rusty crusty piece of clean sheet metal and reattach.
you just need to pry up the trim piece in the passenger door sill, then remove the fuse box cover then you can pull the kick panel toward the middle of the truck and pop it loose.
I'm betting you will find your problem there.
