what do the 4.6 mustang guys and 4.6 f150 guys share...?

i have a 05 stx with the 4.6 and i cant find alot of parts for it but im assuming that i could use 4.6 parts?

its my first truck....im coming back over to ford after a few years working on eagle talons/mitsubishi eclipses/evos/vr-4s

any help be great guys, thanks in advance



btw down to the detail on stuff like even if the vents are able to be switched out be awesome too
