Ct tuner guys can you help me out with which i should get i see the sf3 comes with canned but can hold custom but xc3 just holds custom but everywere i see them the same price what gives???

Pretty much summed it up. The SCT X3 #3000 is custom tune only, and the SF3 #3015 has preloaded tunes on it and can do custom tunes as well.
Due to SCT MAP ( Minimam Advistised Pricing ) the charge will be the same for either one. In that case, I'd suggest a SF3 since can always add a custom tune later down the road if you want.
