Exclamation Seems like big problems PLEASE HELP!

ok so today on my ride home i noticed my headlights started to flicker and my passenger headlight kept going on and off.. so i went home for about an hour, come back out and my truck won't start. My buddy shows up and gives me a jump and it started up fine.. i let it sit for 10 - 15mins while running. THEN get in my truck and about 4 blocks away the ABS light and E BRAKE light start to go off and engage!!!!! WTF I instantly popped a U turn and notice my radio is off, all of my dash lights are dim, ALL OF MY GAUGES ARE ALL THE WAY DOWN so i pull over and i couldnt roll my window up until i turned the truck off.

OH and ive also been noticing my truck having a rough idle the last 2 day. It usually idles around 700rpms and its been idling at 8-920rpms!

NOW the truck wont start again!!!!! WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON?????

I've been searching and searching.. the only thing i can think of is the Alternator or the VCT Solenoid ?
I have no idea

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
THANKS!
MAC

Oh yes, I forgot to mention I just replaced the battery maybe 3 months ago/if that, with a Interstate Battery

If it died and then ran for a bit after a jump start, t'would lead me to suspect the alternator has gone to a better place.

X4 on the Alternator and better hope it's that and not your smart junction box, which is essentially the brain of the truck
