Default Seat track

I'll most likely be able to answer this myself later, but does anyone know if a seat track from a manual seat can be put onto a seat that was electric adjust? I replaced my front seats with a set of leather ones; the drivers seat was electric adjust. problem is, this seat operates up and down, but the forward/backward adjust is not working. The motor is trying (I can hear it and "feel" it, but nor forward or backward movement.
So in the meantime, I want to swap the manual seat track onto this seat from my old drivers seat. Can this be done? Is it just the 4 bolts that hold the seat track onto the seat?

For search purposes, I'll post my findings...

No, the rails are easily swappable. You can remove the seat back and mount it to the rail of a seat with power type tracks, but simply removing the lower rails of a power seat and attaching to a manual type seat is not doable.
