Default Seat compatibility

I have a 05 crew cab with the seat belts built into seats and gear shifter on the steering wheel
am I able to put 07 lariat seats without the seatbelt inside my 05?
how would I go about the seat belt problem.

Assuming we are talking front seats:

supercab seats have the belts built into seats, supercrew cabs do not.

Confirm/clarify which cab configuration you have?

This pretty much sums it up.
It sounds like the op has a supercar, so find seats for a supercab if you want to upgrade seats. There is not really a way around trying to put supercrew seats into a supercab since there is no fixed b pillar to mount belts onto..
