I dont know that I would put it in the brake booster, it doesnt even sound like it would be a good idea, but thats just my opinion.

he means running it through the vaccum line at the brake booster. it wont hurt anything, it actually helps by cleaning out all the carbon.

yeah that is fine if he goes through the vacum line, but if you read his post it says that he is worried about putting it in the oil, which is something he should not be doing.

the oil wont hurt either, if you read the can it can be put in there as well but i would change the oil quicker than normal. the only downside i see to putting it in the oil is that it can clean out old deposits that are around the gaskets and seals which could potentially cause a leak.

its a petroleum product. so it can be used anywhere oil or gas can to get rid of carbon. of course i prob wouldnt run it in my oil either for fear of a oil leak.

I only put it in my gas tank.one can every two months in both vehicles.I am a firm believer that only oil goes in the crankcase.with the cleaning and thinning properties of seafoam I would think it would thin out the oil and cause bigger problems down the road...
