Rust

i have a 05 lariat with 114k on her and the back bumper is rusting pretty bad and also is starting to rust on the front, what can i do to stop it from going farther until i fix it or someone rear ends me

put some por 15 over top of it, then maybe put bedliner over top of it on the whole bumper if you like that look
