Running a wire for CB radio
Im trying to run a wire from a cb radio to either the fuse box, (which has two open fuse slots that are not being used) or running the wire straight to the battery. I was trying to run it straight to the battery but i cant seem to find an opening in the fire wall. Im mounting the cb radio in my center console.
Any help!!!

One of the very common and easiest places to run a wire from the cab out under the hood is using the clutch pedal grommet. Most cars/trucks have a manual trans option and the grommet for the pedal should be there if the vehicle does not have a manual trans.
I'm sure there are other places, but that is the first place I look in any vehicle I do radio work on.

I installed my Ham radio in my truck through the rubber grommet that they are all talking about. It is a perfect place to put a wire through. It's right next to the gas pedal in my truck.
Good Luck with the install.
