2005 ford f150 daughter stopped to get gas started the truck and started shaking real bad . took it to onr garage said motor blown took it to another garage and said not getting gas on the right side of the motor , new plugs oil change help

What engine and how many miles?

 

New plugs surely throws up a red flag. Check out coils, boots and plugs. By chance did you/mechanic install new boots with the plugs?
