Default RPM's low. . . help?

Hey guys i disconnected my battery since i was cleaning my MAF, and the battery terminals. Now i followed what it says in the manual on how to re-adjust the ECU. The problem is now when i put in Park, the truck feels like it is about to turn off, but does not. Any ideas, it had been like this for about a week or so. I am planning to get a Edge Evo sometime soon, can this fix it?

or

could it be that need a new battery, since it still has the original from 2006 (not sure if I need one, since in our other truck a 00 f150 we switched it in 05).

theres actually alot more to it than the manual says... its got to have so much fuel in it... and it has to be so warm outside........ and all kinds of things.... my truck does this crap horribly forever.... be prepaired cause sometiems it will die and you will loose all your power steering and its scary sometime lol... be ready to slip in nutreal and fire it back up...

just keep driving it.. it will start to clear up

thats my problem though, it only does it when i am in Park, If i am at a stop, completely stopped its fine, when i start it up in the mornings its also fine, it is not until it is warmed up after I drove it. Where it does this "park" problem and only in Park.

you should let it idle is part for 3 mins... idle in drive for 3 mins and then idle in park with the air or defroster on for 3 mins....be sure its 3/4 tank or more in fuel

Hmm, could that be the problem since I had about 1/4-1/2 tank of gas when I tried to let it re adjust.
