Default Routine Maintenance Questions

I just bought a 2006 Supercrew Lariat a couple weeks ago with 66,000 miles on it. Upgraded from a 95 Chevy with 235,000 miles. The previous owner changed oil every 3000 miles. Had records running back to 2008. The records do not show any other maintenance regarding fluid changes. My question is what is the normal interval for transmission, transfer case, and differential fluid changes? I would like to make sure this truck sees the same mileage one day.

I also bought the ole lady a 2010 Edge with 48,000 miles a few months back and need to make sure it is serviced properly. It gets driven 100 mile round trip to her job 5 days a week.

I neglect the Chevy and only change the oil in it every 5000 miles but it is still going. Haven't changed any other fluids in it since I bought it with about 100,000 miles and don't know if they were ever changed before then.

Owner's manuals in either vehicle? There's maintenance charts for service intervals based on mileage in them.

An unbiased opinion from a ford tech. Follow the maintenance schedule religiously. No mickey mouse after market parts, especially the oil filters!!!!
