Can anyone tell me what kind of muffler Roush uses for their Off Road exhaust? Is it a custom made by them muffler or is it a outside dealers muffler attached and tagged by Roush? Im asking because I had the Off Road dual rear exit setup on my old 150 and loved the sound but with this truck im wanting to dump the exhaust around the rear axel. So buying a $600 dollar kit and only using half of it seems kinda pointless, if I can buy the muffler and just get my own tubing it would be awesome.

It's by Magnaflow. The whole system is. I believe Magnaflows part number is 16616. Solid system. I loved mine when I had it. The difference between the off-road kit and street legal is that the street legal has extra resonators built into the tips. Btw the kits usually sale on ebay for around $500 and can be bolted on in your driveway in about an hour.

 

Believe Roush is only sold as kit and is aluminized steel. You would be $$$ ahead with a stainless Borla or Magnaflo dual out muffler at your shop. Then fab the exhausts to your liking.
