I have a lariat screw with a 5.4. I'm looking to add a nice side exit exhaust system. I've been considering the magnaflow 16660 but recently came across the roush side exit. Does anyone have this setup? What do you think?

I can't seem to find much info on it except for the fact it's about $600 from amazon. Most of the roush setups I find on YouTube are the rear exit but I want to go side exit since I think it looks much cleaner

 

I know im gonna be going with the borla DI/DO turbo xl muffler with internal x pipe and then cutting my y pipe off, run it to the muffler. then exit both sides of the truck behind the tire.

 

I did the Roush Exhaust kit several years ago. Sounds good.

 

I just want to do a simple muffler with the dual tip setup that exits in front of the rear tire, similar to the lightning setup.

Where did you find the system? Most places only carry the rear exit. Like I said I found one on amazon but it was $600 kind of expensive for such a basic setup, but I guess you are paying for the name.

Is there any drone in the cab?

 

I have the roush off road dual rear exit on my 07 4.6 and i love it. its not as loud as i expected but its a nice rumble when i giver the gas, when i'm just cruising you cant hear it in the cab.

 

Where did you get yours?

 

I love the Roush sound...mine came on the truck.
