Default Rough Idle and Stalling! Help!

I went to start my truck the other day and when I cranked it, it acted as if I hadn't held the key turned long enough, made some odd clunks and noises. Went to crank it again and fired right up, however with a strong exhaust/fuel smell. Then it began to idle rough. Way too low. 300-500rpms. When driving along it is fine, just when I stop its either idles very rough, stalls, or idles down to about 300, then kicks up to around 1200, then back down to 300 and so on. It is not the FPDM. I checked mine and fount it was already replaced with a Dorman FPDM. Looked in good shape. For good measure I switched it out for a brand new one. No change. It's throwing codes pictured. Any help or input is welcomed!

Did you remove the throttle body and clean it along with the MAF? To me, if it says "FPDM offline", the FPDM isn't getting constant power, maybe a chaffed wire. That or clogged injectors, since both O2 sensors are reading lean.

Also, when was the last time you changed your fuel filter?

cleaning the TB and MAF is my next step. I just don't think those things being dirty would cause an all-of-the-sudden issue. I'll check out injectors, and I just had it changed. Two weeks ago.
