Default Rough idle, no power

OK guys, new here. I figured I would just dive in. I have just purchased an 04 super crew lariat 4x4 with 204K on the clock. I bought it cheap due to a running issue as I am about to describe. I bought it as a beater run around truck to help keep some miles off my diesel. The previous owner has put timing chains, phasers, VCT solenoids, throttle body (and TPS/IAC). I have put a mass airflow sensor (was getting a code for IAT sensor) in it. The truck will crank up and run decent (can feel a light miss) cold, but after about 30-45 seconds it idles down and gets rougher and rougher. It sounds like its running on half the cylinders. If you ease on the throttle real fast then let out its like it cuts off then continues running like crap. Sometimes I can get the RPMs up to 2500 or 3K and it seems to run fairly decent at that RPM. I did notice that sometimes when it is sitting there idling like crap (while I'm trying to troubleshoot) It will all the sudden clear up for a second then back to running like crap. I hooked up Autoenginuity and got a couple of codes, P0352 (which I would assume bad #2 coil) and P0183. I also noticed when I was going through the PIDs that when I got to Evaporative system vapor pressure that it was 16382 inH2O. No codes for any of the evap though. Any thoughts and ideas would be great

If an open or a short is detected in the driver circuit for coil number 2, a P0352 may set. Also, depending on the vehicle, the PCM may also shut down the fuel injector to the cylinder also.

po183 Potential causes for this code to set are: Faulty intake air temperature sensor A bad ambient temperature sensor Defective fuel temperature/composition sensor Open, shorted, or damaged wiring or connectors PCM or a PCM programing error

First we do not have an IAT, the throttle body opens just a little to provide idle air .
Next I'm sure we do not have fuel temp sensor , but we do have air intake temp sensor. I believe its from the maf .
So I would move no 2 cop to another cyl and see if it follows. I would take throttle body off and clean it with throttle body cleaner . Clean maf connector .Inspect for chewed wires .
You may want to do a homemade you tube smoke test for vac leak
It should have all new boots on plugs / new sp546 plugs torqued in 25 to 28 foot pounds . Plugs are a big deal on this engine . Beware of old sp515 plugs they go bad right out of the box . Also there are counterfeit mc plugs out there. Very hard to diagnose trouble unless plug/boots are first class , clean all cop contacts real good ,all connectors must lock on if not solder new ones in . Watch out for leaking injectors they can hydro lock engine . You can lay them out on rails on newspaper -key on none should leak .You can clean/test them them with a youtube homemade rig .
We use torque pro $5 app /android phone -cheap bluetooth reader amazon . It is difficult to deal with many different code readers . It would be good to see your fuel trims /o2 sensors -short term -long term . Torque pro is very powerful and will give you lots of data.
Can you find out if timing stuff was all oem -- aftermarket phasors are all junk .
We need to see a lot more to try to zero in on it .

Thanks for the reply! I tinkered with it on and off all day. I replaced number 2 and 4 coils and it is now drivable. I am going to do plugs as soon as my plug socket gets in. I have an issue I discovered on #4. The boot would not go all the way in so I got the borescope out, There appears to have been a dirt dobber nest around the plug so the boot would not seat. I broke it up and got a goot bit of it out. I can get the boot on now. Before I do the plug I will have to figure out a way to get all that out. The hold down bolt on #4 coil is also stripped out so I have to get a heli coil. The clip for the connector is broke as well.

I still have a miss in upper RPM and idle is a tad rough. I have some more codes I am about to go pull, I'll get fuel trim data and post as well.

I pulled the codes last night that are still in the system, I also showed the current data coming from emissions. It appears that I may have a 02 sensor out.

So were there any codes stored? What makes you think an o2 sensor is bad?
