Default Rough idle no power

05 f150 with a 5.4 three valve motor has issues. I keep getting no 8 cylinder misfire code and sometimes the knock sensor codes. Then occasionally random misfire codes I had many other codes thrown but have replaced many parts and I’m down to these. The truck has a rough idle and it has no power and shakes like hell when you try to accelerate. What I’ve done to it: new VCT both, new cam positioning sensor both, new timing chain with phasers guides tensioners and can gear(did not lock out phasers) new cops, new injectors, new pcm(ecu) tested catalytic converters (good) tested compression (avg150psi). New plugs. New fuel filter. Good fuel pressure, no vacuum leaks. I’m at a loss, never had a truck I couldn’t fix until I met this ford

I don't see a fresh set of SP546 plugs on your list.

I would pull #8 plug/boot/spring/COP.. swap it to #5 because its easy.. clear DTC's..see if the DTC follows.

As in it still misfires, or still misfires on #8 despite swapping with #5? Check plug torque... but using non-Motorcraft plugs opens up the window of a bad plug. Dielectric grease (but not too much). Nickel antisieze (but not too much).

What brand coil? Using non-motorcraft coils opens up the window of a bad coil (I know that one from personal experience).
