Default Rough idle and lack of engine power

I have a 2004 ford f150 with about 226k miles on it and at first there was a gas smell and misfires but I had a tune up done with new plugs and coils, oil change with new air filter and a new mass air flow sensor. The exhaust was torn up to had it redone with dual pipes. Here were the codes before the tune up and after.

Results from first test ran

Results from test after tune up

Who did your tune up and where did you buy the plugs?
I bought a set of 8 on Amazon and I put them in but discovered half of them were bad out of the box but not before swapping what I thought was a good plug for another bad plug, I even replace the connector before I deduced the plugs were all bad in one box
.
Yes, brand new plugs, bad, they looked new, they were probably fake or bad batch, who knows.

I have had the same experience. I've read that many things, car parts in particular, especially spark plugs are counterfeit or factory rejects that were not disposed of. In my case 2 out of 8 spark plugs physically came apart inside the cylinder head after a few hundred miles. Luckily, I can't tell that any damage occurred. One was just missing the spark plug strap. The other one was not only missing the strap, but the porcelain was half out.

I now no longer buy critical car parts from Amazon. Just recently had an issue with Rockauto which is making me rethink that decision. Sheesh.

Default Parts purchased

All of the parts come from autozone the coils alone was almost $300. I changed mass airflow sensor, cam sensor, oil and air filter, a VCT solenoid, and still having the same problems. From cold start it runs fine takes off as it should once it heats up from 0-25 mph is sluggish and idles up and down at stops still smell gas getting o2 sensor codes but will that make it run like it do?

With the timing code on bank 1 and all they bank 1 cylinders misfiring I would pull the valve cover at least and see if the phaser appears to be offset or coming apart. The cam sensors basically never fail, if you have a timing code that is usually the place to start. I would find an independent shop familiar with the 5.4 3v or go to the dealer. The ford ids scan tool you can pull up the vct data and see if the phaser is out of whack without even tearing into it.

Default Took it to a dealer

And they stated that it was my phasers said bank 1 was at like a 53 I believe and my timing would need to be done bit said they wanted 2600 for the job plus tax and that doesnt include whatever else thwy find and need to fix. Is this reasonable?
will these problems cause the rough idle and gas smell?
