rough idle

rough idle
hi guys, haven't been on here for a while, I have a 2007 f150 4.6 170 thousand miles and about a month ago it started idling rough but only about every 5 seconds so not always, I changed fuel filter, coils (oem) throttle body, injectors, spark plugs, but nothing changes, when the a/c is on same thing little rougher but still about every 5 seconds, I am lost to what it could be and what to do next, any help will be greatly appreciated thanks,

I feel your pain LMman. Same problem with my 08 4.6 only 80k miles. Owned for three years and had such high hopes. Excellent body and chassis. Came upon this forum trying to find the problem, and unfortunately I see a lot of guys doingh a lot of work, as you also have, but the rough idle persists. Seems like such a mystery. Best of luck
