Default Rough idle

Hey y'all I got a 06 F150 with a 5.4L and when I have my truck in park it idles rough, the seats vibrate. If I put it in drive it goes away. No check engine light, spark plugs and coils have been done less then 15,000 miles ago. Any ideas? It's very annoying. I know it's a common issue or a "ford thing."

I'm having the same issue. I have aftermarket coils though, will those cause a rough idle? Haven't checked the fpdm yet but everything else seems to be squared away

Default Can't figure out rough idle

Had p0345 and p0349. New pcv, vvt's, new phasers, new coils and plugs, new Cam position sensors, still getting p0345 and rough idle. I'm at a loss. I read about a relearning process but idk if it will help. Any help/ideas? Please and Ty
