Default rough idle

Just got a 2005 f150. 161k miles. The truck is idling between 450 and 500 rpm. What could be the problem? Also when you get on it hard it acts like it hesitates a bit before really going. Looking for some answers. Thanks

Clean throttle body and MAF sensor is where I would start.

Whens the last time you changed the plugs? Changed the fuel filter?

Hmmm... Never heard of that happening due to a dirty fuel filter. My fuel pump went out in my truck a few years ago and it would hesitate. Sounds to me like a more severe issue then just a dirty fuel filter or in need of a tune up...

Pull a plug and see how dirty it is. Be careful not to snap it tho. Also my truck would idle rough and die at times. I swapped fuel rail pressure sensors with my cousins and worked perfect. $90 tho. Now I'm having issues with coil packs goin out, $40 a freakin piece.
