Plugs and coils should fix that. During idle, there is actually a fair bit of compression going on in the cylinders - adding the resistance of the A/C motor to the mix without higher RPM's is probably enough to cause it to misfire.

Did you replace all coils too? And not just the boots, the entire coil pack.

Carbon build up on the throttle body plate can also cause a lower idle, and more noticable when the AC is on. Remove it, use throttle body cleaner (not gasoline or carb cleaner, as they can remove the coating that is on the plate).

Some have also used Sea Foam to clean it out while still installed on the vehicle and engine running. Do a search on "sea foam". You'll find tons of posts on how to do this.

Might be your problem if the TB (throttle body) has not been cleaned, and the mileage is high.

Could also try cleaning the mass air flow sensor. Mine would iddle rough with the a/c on, took it out and cleaned it with MAF cleaner and it ran smoth.
