Default Roof rack build.....heavy pics

one of my good friends just put on his new roof rack, well the same day he ended up coming over to my house to sit and have a chat with me and Che....well i went outside and saw his roof rack and loved it....but i cant afford one so instead ill make my own

one of my jeep friends was generous enough to give me the pipes to make it and some friendly tips....well im also going to smoke out his tacoma's tail lights and wire his jeeps off road lights but thats besides the point haha

here is how ogterrors "rack" looks like haha

and i just got home an hour ago with the new material and a lot of it

and this time i dont think im going to do a blue print, just go ahead and do it!
but instead of the 4 8" lights i want to do 5 6" lights...what you guys think?
and also i am going to do this at home instead of the shop since my dad is "busy"
i will grab the welding machine and bring it home, i already have everything else i need here

and

some updated pics guys and girls, i was having trouble making the light rack because the angles were so close, i just kind of figured it out i guess

first i made the top and bottom rails

then started the support inbetween

then

and this is where the trouble came in

but then i figured out to just stencil the good side and put it on the other

and the failed attempt to bend it to its shape haha
