Default Rocker panel flush out

Mine seem to full of dirt, leaves and generally bad stuff. Whats the best way to clean out the rockers, If I remove the fender liner does that make it easier? That's a completely different issue, it doesn't fit properly for whatever reason so it's gotta come out anyway to figure out if I need to replace the fender. I was thinking that a pressure washer lance extension might be the way to go if there's a good way to clean them out at the front.

Compressed shop air and water
We made blower nozzles that were 2 feet long
I made mine out of rack and pinion transfer tubes and welded an air fitting on the tube
Pulling the inner fender helps
Pulling the fender sure would work

Looks like with the inner fender liner removed I still need a hole to get the pressure wash tube in there
