Default Rim size

Ok so i found a deal on some tires and rims so i can run summer and winter tires and just swap them out in the driveway
my question is the rims are 17'' and my stock rims are 18'', i know both were offered as options but what i don't know is if the bigger rims got bigger rotors and or different calipers, so what i am asking is with the 17'' interfere with the breaks or will they slide right on with no issues?
Thanks in advance

No 17's will work fine... That's the smallest you can go without hitting the calibers..
