Every time I put my truck in reverse it clicks once, then no more sounds.
it happens when in reverse the truck rolls a few feet then "click" then nothing. By "nothing" I mean the truck is still engaged in reverse and operating correctly just no more clicks or noise. Should I be concerned or is this normal?

 

hah, i thought my truck was only exceptional & unique i do have the same problem...
if you put in reverse on downhill boy it goes front. its won't engage in gear until i won't push gas pedal..

 

Mine rolls forward too if it's facing downhill, but if I hold the break it will catch in a second or so.

As of this point I'm not too worried about. The tranny is under warrenty for another 3 years so eff it.

 

My truck does this to. After I finaly got all the major problems on my truck figured out and fixed I realy don't care if it wants to click. I don't think its anything to worry about.
