Default Reverse

The reverse sensing system has stopped working, though all the other things on that fuse are okay, is there some 'module' or what, that I can replace? or is this a Dealer big money thing? Thanks for help

It's usually one of the sensors that has to be replaced.

I have mo idea how to check which one it is without going to a mechanic.

Good luck

Default X2 on the sensor

Had one replaced when it would beep constantly while in reverse reguardless of being near anything or not. And then had two more replaced when it quit working like you describe. I also took the time to check fuses and whatnot before taking it into the dealer but the sensors themselves were the culprit. The service manager said they replace some of those every week on a least a few vehicles.

Turn the ignition to the on position(do not start the truck), set the e brake, put the truck into reverse. Now go the the bumper and put your ear the the sensors (one at a time) if they are working you will hear a ticking if you find one that isn't that is your bad one. I have a extra one, new that I didn't use when I replaced mine. It was the same price if I bought 2 or 3 it was a no brainer for me.
