Has anyone used the Superchip Tuner to reprogram their speedo for larger tires? Good?--Bad?--Recommend or not?

I didnt know that the superchip programers could fix the speedometer???

 

I was looking on line for options to do this. The Superchip Tuner 1714 states that it can be used to recalibrate for different tire sizes or gears. Is this something that can just be used to program the vehicle computer? Or is it something that requires an add on to the truck. I got the info from the following site.

My jeep was much easier. I just replaced the speedo gear.

The programmer ^ can fix the speedometer for larger tires. All you need is the programmer itself and you'll be set
