Default replacing hub assembly help

I am new to the forum and use your guys expertise quite frequently so I'd like to thank you guys. Saved me a lot of frustration. Now I have a 2005 lariat f-150 4x4. I noticed when offroad my front tires wernt pulling so I got it vacuum tested and the guy told me I have a leak and need to put in new hubs. Any helpful advice before I do this? I am about average mechanical skill wise not the greatest. Would it be suggested I pay someone to do it? Thank you again for any help

The best advice I could ever give you would be to go to any auto parts store and spend the $25 or so on a Haynes or Chilton repair manual. I have the Chilton manual for mine (same truck as yours). By showing you how to do it and what tools you will need, you can decide if that particular job is for you or someone else. It will save you a ridiculous amount of time, money, and headache in the long run, I promise.
