Default Replacing Door Panel

Seems like and easy task, but sill need some insight. My front driverside door panel on a '05 XLT is cracked (not a big deal) and the friend I bought the truck from gave me a new replacement panel. The new panel needs almost all the plastic transferred over to it. Its an easy enough task until I looked at the switch panel with the windor/lock controls on it. There are several clips in it holding everything together, but the plastic on it seems hard and brittle. Does anyone know how to get this off without breaking anything? Also the plasic trim around the door handle seems like a pain to get off. Inside it looks almost like plastic rivits... I'm not interested in comments that simply tell me to pry it off with a screw driver (this will result in a no **** expression on my face), I don't need to break any of the parts I am trying to transfer.

There seems to be a video on youtube of and 05 fx4 door panel removal, I'm not sure if that will help I'm not familiar with the xlt door panels.

I saw some that were similar, but not exact. The part that looks like a real pain would be the "plastic rivits." Im still looking around.

No worries, once I figure it out I will post it on here. Got some ideas off youtube now I just need the temperature to drop below 100 for me to venture outside to work on my truck.

door panel is easy.

1. take off the screws on the bottom of the door.
2. pop off the little cover on the sinside door handle and there are 2 screws
3. take off the power window/mirrors panel and there is a screw there.
4. pull up on door panel and it comes off.
5. push inside door handle towards you and the slide it out.

here is a link

That video helped on the switch panel, but everything else I have already done.
