Default Replacement Carpet

Anybody ever ordered replacement carpet directly from Ford. I know there are alot of aftermarkets out there. To be honest with you, I have bad experience with that because the supposed molding is not exact as factory. I cannot get a part # or anything going through any Ford sites.

Ford quoted me a carpet kit a few weeks ago- I don't remember if it costed an arm, or if it was just a left nut. But I'll check when I get home. Another guy is doing an install from an aftermarket kit online. I'm waiting to see his writeup and going to decide from there! Post up what you decide to go with!

I received and installed a vinyl floor from a company called Auto Interiors an Upholstery. I found them on-line. I followed all instructions and the fit is just ok. It is not exact as factory and to most it may be acceptable. To me however ... no. The fron seat floorboards have a few large wrinkles on both sides and I thought they would eventually work themselves out. They have not. Of course once installed, they cannot be returned. This is why I try to stay away from aftermarket flooring. Now I am on the search for a black OEM carpet. Not sure, but will probably start checking junk yards.
