Excellent haha, you actually did one of the steps I mentioned on page 1. I threw a line in there that you could disconnect your battery but you'd lose your presets of course.
Now, what this tells me is your bypass module is constant powered but has a trigger wire from the remote starter. The software on the bypass unit likely locked up. This doesn't surprise me, I work in IT and see this kind of stuff happen all of the time with different devices. I also program handheld applications and see this as well.
