Default Rear Suspension Help

Ok, so Im 2nd owner on a 2006 SCab, 2wd. I got this truck about 8 months ago and its a true rare bird. It came from Cali. and is mint condition. So far i have changed the front shocks and springs, Rear shocks, Ball joints, Wheel bearings and so on. But to my dismay it still rides a little rough in my opinion. I sell Fords for a living and see all years come through the dealership, and it seems like mine rides worse then some of the comparative years that come in on trade. Now I know its never going to ride like the new Gens do bc its got 125k on it, But I know it could be better then what it is. The rear shocks i put on last year were Monroe Reflex so idk if that was a waste of money bc I see alot of guys going to the Bilsteins 5100. Which I am now considering, but also wondering if anyone out there has done new leafsprings yet, Have been considering that option as well since the truck has ran its whole life with a very heavy cap on its ***. Also looking at the Hellwig rear sway bar too. So I guess what Im Looking for is what others have done and where my next move should be. Ive asked many of the mechanics around the shop and I either get the "its an old truck" response or " trade it in for a new one, hell you sell them". Well yes I do sell them, But I love the Old Green Beast, Any input is very welcomed. Thanks
