Check your grounds. Without looking I think the window grounds through the bolts on the motor, make sure that is nice and tight and has good contact

Yup. Its the switch. Contacts get dirty and it stops working. Mine has done it a few times including right now. Sometimes tapping on the switch gets it working again.

The truck I just recently purchased had an intermittent rear window problem. Dealership agreed to fix it and my service appt was today. Just got a call from them and the motor is bad. They ordered a new motor so I will have to take it back to get the new one installed once it arrives.
