Oh by the way, I'm a farmer and am convinced that tractors before the 1990 were designed to be maintained using only a hammer a pair of rusty vice grips.

My rear slider window quit working (2013 Lariat) and it was the motor. Cost $600 for the motor and approx. $200 for diagnostic and installation. Ouch! luckily it's still under warranty.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

I have a Kubota, you don't even need a hammer. It runs by itself.

Ouch! Lucky under warranty, but next time you know what to do. "take a hammer to it"

LOL. I blame it on software.

Never underestimate the search function. After over a year of owning the truck I thought I'd make an attempt to trouble shoot my non-functioning rear slider. Found this thread when searching how to remove the switch. Without removing the seat, pounded behind the middle seat a few times with a small sledge hammer. And just like that, the window opens. Now, when on earth would I want to open that window?

The "BFH" tool that every home mechanic should always have at their reach comes to the rescue once again.
