Default Rear shock help

Hey guys I’m having trouble trying to figure out what rear shocks I need to get for my 07 4.6 xl rwd, small cab, with heavy payload package, and a specialty utility bed with small doors on either side for storage.
ive got 240k miles and the truck has some coil over shocks on it which I guess worked well but I don’t know what they are. Im riding really heavy. It’s a work truck with side boxes, big roof rack and carrying lots of weight in the bed. On the advise of a mechanic friend he told me to get the oem shocks but after looking at them and the coil overs that are on thier now, which are pretty much worn out cause I’m bouncing back there and bottoming out, I want to replace them with something.
im thinking the oem aren’t going to cut it so what should I put back there. There is minimal sagging so I don’t want to add leaf springs. Just need a nice set of shocks that can handle the payload.

i have no idea where to start.
im hoping u guys can help...

thanks guys!!
im posting a picture on one of the shocks on there now...

Those look like monroe load adjusting shocks to me.

If you’re carrying around that kind of weight constantly, you might need to consider adding an airbag kit to your truck.

i bought some airlift bags off eBay for like 60$ and made up some brackets myself. All in total I think it was less than 100$ and took my about a day and a half. I tow heavy constantly for work and they made a HUGE improvement in how the truck rides and handles the weight.
