Default Rear power window Not Working?

I have a power sliding rear window in my 05' seems to be stuck, it is closed and I think the power motor is getting juice, when I hit switch you can tell a slight drain of power like it is trying to work, any suggestions? Has anyone else had the same problem?

is there anything in the window track to stop the window? maybe the window seals need some lubrication. is the motor getting the full 12 volts? hope this helps a little. there will be some others on that have alot more knowledge than me!

The dealer replaced the motor under the factory warrenty. I live in he Philadelphia area and the Auto mall dealership replaced the motor at no cost to me. Said it was covered under the manufactory warrenty.
